Once you have signed up there are two options available to you. You can stream the exercises live online via the website or you can download them into your computer’s music player or smartphone - so you can use the program anytime, anywhere.

Simple step-by-step process

The program helps those new to meditation by gradually building learning and skills step-by-step, week-by-week in a way that is easy to follow. It takes time to become experienced and the program will guide you and keep you motivated!

Supportive environment

The Mindbody Mastery Program gives you the option to be able to create your own customised session using our exercises in any sequence, with any amount of silent time before, during or after.

You have the control to personalise your session to suit your needs.

For beginners & experienced

As a beginner, Mindbody Mastery will give you a great start, providing the best mind training tools in a supportive environment. If more experienced, you can use more advanced techniques such as imagery and contemplation.

Whether beginner or experienced, you can access to the whole program straight away, however we do advise, if you are a beginner, to work your way through the program gradually.
